How do online lessons work with KiwiTutor?
Sessions are 100% online 1-on-1 video calls with Jared Grainger. We connect via high-definition video, focus on speaking output, and update your personal student dashboard in real time.
Why learn with a native Kiwi teacher?
New Zealand English is globally respected for neutral, clear intonation. Combined with Kiwi warmth and encouragement, you gain a supportive environment to practice without fear.
What is the Student Dashboard?
Our private student platform (dashboard.kiwitutor.com) stores all session notes, target phonetics, and weekly micro-tasks.
2. Kids & Teenagers
What ages do you accept for children?
We welcome children from 6 years old and up. For young children (6 to 11 yrs), sessions are 25 minutes of active games and phonics; for teenagers (12 to 17 yrs), sessions are 40 minutes of focused conversation.
Do you prepare for international exams (Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL)?
Yes. We cover real exam rubrics, timed essays, native listening comprehension, and speaking interview simulations.
3. Rates, Scheduling & Policies
How much do 1-on-1 private lessons cost and what packages are available?
Our clear rates in Colombian Pesos (COP) are:
• Adults: COP 75,000 per lesson (55 minutes) · 10-Lesson Package: COP 675,000 (save COP 75,000)
• Teens: COP 60,000 per lesson (40 minutes) · 10-Lesson Package: COP 550,000 (save COP 50,000)
• Kids: COP 55,000 per lesson (25 minutes) · 10-Lesson Package: COP 495,000 (save COP 55,000)
All classes are 100% 1-on-1 private coaching and online with Jared Grainger. Packages do not expire monthly and offer full flexibility to schedule or reschedule with 12 hours notice.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule any lesson with at least 12 hours notice directly through the automated student booking portal.
How do payments work in Colombia?
We accept local Colombian transfers (Bancolombia, Davivienda, Nequi, Daviplata), PSE, and international credit cards without long-term lock-in contracts.
